I recently bought a used Mercedes ML350 from Prestige. I loved the car but quickly learned of a problem in the horn system. I immediately contacted Mike in the service department and explained the situation. I was pleased that he took immediate ownership to the problem and was empathetic and ready to help. After a brief examination of the vehicle, he decided not to waste time and to bring it directly to Mercedes. When Mercedes mistakenly sent the part to New Jersey, he contacted me immediately and explained that he was working with their folks to let them know that I needed my car back as soon as possible. In short, lit a fire under their tails! He kept me informed all along and was courteous and professional. All in all the experience went well after starting the mishap. I am happy with the service and will continue to maintain my new vehicle there.
